dc.description.abstractDesigning and developing chatbots as a new interface to provide Health information for young people needs a new understanding of new user needs and motivations, as well as privacy. What is needed to develop a successful conversational interface based on chatbots to provide health information is not straightforward. The use of chatbots as conversational user interfaces means a dramatic shift in how we are used to thinking about young users, communication and information.
