This study uses survey data collected from 500 individuals in the capital region of Norway to unveil demographic properties, travel behavior and last mile practices among e-commerce users. The study shows several correlations between travel behavior and last mile practices: users who prefer home delivery tend to travel less and are distinguished by fewer shopping trips and less car use.Home delivery is typically used in segments characterized by heavier goods while pick-up-points are used for smaller shipments.en
