dc.description.abstractThe goal of SMARTFISH H2020 is to develop, test and promote a suite of high-tech systems for the EU fishing sector, thereby optimising resource efficiency, improving automatic data collection for fish stock assessment, provide evidence of compliance with fishery regulations and reduce the ecological impact of the industry. This document marks the completion of the prototype implementation of FishData—an experimental data acquisition and analysis infrastructure established by and for the SMARTFISH H2020 project. Here, we present the current status of the implementation, provide some implementation details that were not included in the system specification (deliverable D5.1), and show some examples that illustrate its use and discuss future developments. This is an open-access revision of a confidential deliverable. Some of the text in the original report has been removed.en_US
